TECMAN OPTIMe - INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM

 

The Tecman OPTIMe intelligent control system is an advanced control and diagnostic system developed Tecman to maximise production and lower down time. The safety aspects of this system also cannot be overlooked. No go zones and auto park / work position programming are also available to increase operation efficiency and safety. The Tecman OPTIMe system is standard on every Tecman Rock Breaker Boom System and Tecman RocBot, giving them product leading control and diagnostic capability

AUTO PARK / WORK POSITION - GYRATORY CRUSHER

 

As part of the Tecman OPTIMe intelligent control system the boom system is able to be programed to automatically park and and go to it’s work position. This feature is especially useful when operating a large boom system in confined areas, reducing the risk of damage to the boom system or the surrounding structures when manoeuvring the boom into it’s park or work position. As part of this system “No Go Zones” can be programmed into the boom control system even further enhance operation facility and safety

As part of the Tecman OPTIMe intelligent control system the boom system is able to be programed to automatically park and and go to it’s work position. This feature is especially useful when operating a boom system in confined areas or where (in the case of HSI crushers) the boom system must be limited in it’s operating range. This reduces the risk of damage to the boom system, surrounding structures or the crusher when manoeuvring the boom into it’s park or work position. How do you manoeuvre a large boom system into a tight position on a railway tipping platform grizzly bar system? With the Tecman OPTIMe operation systems this is done with the touch of one button on the radio controller. Furthermore with Tecman OPTIMe the boom system can be safely operated in these confined zones with no risk of damage to the tipping equipment using the “NO GO ZONE” feature.

Building on the base of the very popular UA1750, Tecman has released the UA1750 Series II. This state of the art gyratory boom system includes all the advantages of the Tecman OPTIMe control system, -50 degree Arctic packs, Tropical packs, increased hammer size and upgraded structural design to increase longevity. With the capacity to be designed in a classic 2 piece or a 3 piece configuration and the ability to carry up to a 3.7 tonne hydraulic hammer, this boom system is the ideal tool to quickly remove bridging and blocking material in your gyratory crusher.

HORIZONTAL IMPACT CRUSHER BOOM SYSTEMS

 

Tecman combines it’s unique Tecman Integrated Column, flexible bespoke boom system design and the OPTIMe control system to offer a truly unique product that will enhance the operation of your Horizontal Impact Crusher (HSI). Understanding every HSI crusher is different and that bridging material can mean substantial downtime. So Tecman have designed a boom system that can be designed to operate within 500mm (19”) of the crusher rotor and without the need to stop the crusher. Automating park, work position and no go zone protection enhance the capacity of the Tecman HSI boom system to increase production and safety.

The Tecman Hydraulic Hammer Range includes high temperature hammers capable of working on boom systems or excavators. These hammers include specialist high temperature tools and seal kits with hammer weights from 350kg to 1870kg
