BOOM SYSTEMS FOR JAW CRUSHERS
Tecman invented the INTEGRATED COLUMN system to allow for the optimal positioning of the boom system in relation to the crusher jaw. The Tecman C140, C1000, UA1200 and UA1340 BOOM SYSTEMS are all capable of being mounted on the integrated column system. As there is no one crusher installation that is the same Tecman booms and columns are capable of being purpose designed and manufactured to suit each installation.

BOOM SYSTEMS FOR HSI CRUSHERS
Tecman leads the word in solutions for breaking material blocking and bridging the throat of HSI crushers.
Using advanced INTEGRATED COLUMN and COMPUTER POSITIONING TECHNOLOGY the Tecman HSI Boom System can work safely within 500mm (20”) of the crusher rotor. This means no costly crusher shut downs to remove blockages giving you more production.

BOOM SYSTEMS FOR GRIZZLY BAR INSTALLATIONS
The entire Tecman range of boom systems can be adapted for use on grizzly bar installations.
Tecman has also developed specialist designs that allow for use in low profile underground mines. The Tecman C340 low profile boom is typical of Tecman’s ability to innovate offering the only compact boom system for low profile mines on the market with a 1060 joule (1200 ft.lb class) hammer option.
The Tecman UC1200 is the latest of the compact booms especially adapted for grizzly bars with an innovative onboard power pack and the ability to mount a 1650kg (3630lb)
